#1000Words: Grand Teton National Park

I'm not the first person to shoot this scene but how could I resist!

My wife and I were expecting our first son when it hit us that life was about to change forever. I wouldn’t call it “panic” but we decided to take a road trip to celebrate the change that was coming. We took this shot on our final day in the Grand Teton National Park as we navigated north to Yellowstone. Seems like the perfect way to celebrate the next phase in our lives.

Bar Harbor, Maine

We flew into New York and met our friends for a week long trip up through Plymouth and onto Bar Harbor, Maine. My buddy is something of a history buff and he likes to stop in Plymouth to get a taste of history along the way. He and his wife have done this trip from [...]

On a weekend to our cabin in Utah we stopped by Bryce Canyon for a few hours. It was my first and only trip to the Bryce Canyon National Park so far and I didn’t have a chance to hike or fish. We drove the scenic road and stopped for these photo opportunities. Clearly, this [...]
