I will be SO excited if I win this giveaway!!! I would be most excited to win the pants, half zip top, and the Chaco boots, because I am going to Virginia to visit my girlfriend that I’m crazy about, If I win this I will wear the gear to take her on an adventure that we would never forget.

    • Winning for love is a great angle! Good luck to you Kyle.

Week 3…woot woot!!!! I am looking forward to all of it and the first thing I would do is hit the La Luz trail!!!

    • You know we would expect a killer trail report then Mike!

  • Sherrill Woods

Chaco Boots and the Florida Trail (Everglades) in December! Awesome combination!

    • Those boots will certainly help you tackle that wet environment. I love those boots.

  • Seriously this is the best giveaway EVER! The Chaco boots, trekking poles and half zip top would be put to immediate use on our trip to the Olympic Mountains in WA. Thanks for the amazing giveaway!

  • Chris

Back country ski trip in Colorado would be my first adventure. I’d love to try the snowshoes! Never owned a pair myself but have gone snowshoeing and loved it.

    • I’ve never owned snowshoes either so I’m with you on that.

  • I would love to try the water bottle as I am always looking out for one that is reliable and doesn’t make water smell.

    • The BottleBright is great for keeping that bottle clean too.

  • Kelci

I am most looking forward to the Chaco boots and snowshoes for a trip to Colorado!

    • Did I mention that I love those boots? You will too. Good luck.

  • Katie

I’d love to win the snowshoes! I don’t have a pair, and we’re expecting a big winter here in PA. I’ve only been snowshoeing once and would love to try them out! I’d also love the Bottle Brite…some of my bottles are, well, in need of a little help!

    • Big winter in PA means i won’t be back to visit the family until Spring! Good luck Katie.

  • Holy awesome giveaway! I am not sure which of the above items I would be most excited to receive!!!

    • I’ll just put you down for “all of it” then!

  • Would love to put the trekking poles and boots to good use on a SoCal hike!

    • Good luck Al! This gear pack would be great for a SoCal adventure.

  • Hazel

Thanks for the chance to win some great outdoor gear. Recently subscribed to your blog. The Trekking Poles would come in handy on my trips up Lazy Mountain. Don’t let the nameof the mountain fool you, as I did and pay for it each and every time I hike It.

    • Thanks for subscribing Hazel. I’ve had a few of those miscalculations myself. The dreaded “it looks easy enough” but then ego steps in and you refuse to let it get the best of you. Good luck in the giveaway!

Injinji Socks, strange, but that will be what I try on first. Want to find some good running socks. Next with seeing snow in Wyoming this week, it will be those snow shoes.

    • I always pegged you as a sock guy! Headed to WYO too. My in-laws said there would be snow. Have back there and be sure to visit the new local brewery downtown. Good craft beers.

  • bMatthews

My first adventure, if I win this, would be to go backpacking in the Buffalo River area in Arkansas or climbing and camping at Horseshoe Canyon Ranch. I am most excited about the Black Diamond trekking poles and the Chaco Boots!

    • Sounds like a great way to put the gear through the proper paces. Good luck!

  • San D

The Chaco boots! We plan to go trekking in New Hampshire and they will be so handy! Thanks for the giveaway.

    • You’re welcome. NH is an area I’ve visited but never put boot to trail. Wishlist.

  • Audrey

I plan to explore my backyard. I live on a couple acres, and I never get to go back there. I know it isn’t adventurous, but I can’t travel now because life is crazy. I would most likely use the Chaco boots as snow boots? Anyways, I love Chacos and I would be super excited to try out a new kind of Chacos!

    • You could totally use the Chacos as snow boots I plan to do the same this year. The light weight will surprise you.

  • Claire

I’d like to go to trekking. I’m excited about the socks to keep my feet warm~

  • Grace

I need me some warm boots for an urban adventure here in Chicago!

  • I would SO love to try out those snowshoes! I’ve always wanted to try, and for some reason, everyone keeps telling me that I would love it (which seems a little weird but shucks, I’m so curious now)!

    • I’m hearing the same. This is certainly the year to learn to snow shoe for me as well. Good luck Katie!

  • In all honesty, I’ll probably end up wearing the half-zip to work first! Not exactly an adventure… so my first ADVENTURE, I’d be super excited to try out the snow shoes (which I’ve rented, but never owned) on our nearby 10,000 ft mesa, which already has snow. Woot!!

    • Early snow is a great proving ground for most of this gear. I now wear all my trail garb at work too. Seems appropriate right!

  • Tyler Scott

I’m a huge fan of Chaco! I’ve been wearing my Z2’s for 4 years and they’re fantastic! It’s great to hear that they’re still producing great sturdy and comfortable shoes
